The staff acknowledges you from the time you walk into the office. Lisa (dental technician) is the BEST. She always greets me with a smile and does a great job. This is a fantastic dental practice! Everyone from the front desk to the assistants to the dentists are nice and extremely professional. Both my husband and I have had some fairly extensive procedures and they make sure that you are as comfortable as possible during the procedure and communicate exactly what is happening and what to expect. They stay up to date on many technologies and equipment to make things easier for the patient and for the dentist to do the work. I switched when my old dentist moved to another area and would recommend them to anyone. They have a friends and family option for those without dental insurance coverage and explain what treatment options and cost will be prior so you know what to expect and do the little things like offering you sunglasses to wear so the lights are not shining in your eyes during procedure and keep checking in to see if you are okay or need a break. First time coming to Waldron and Lee Dentistry and I had the best experience! It was the most relaxing environment, professional, friendly, dental experience I have ever had! I felt like I was at the spa, but was at the dentist😂 The place I was going to before kinda traumatized me so I was a little worried about going to the dentist, but they took great care of me and it was the most relaxing experience. Shout out to Marcy and Dr. Lee they were very informational and they showed they genuinely care about me and my teeth! They took their time, and I didn’t feel rushed. It's the week between Christmas & New Years and I am having dental issues. The dental practice that I have been going to for years is closed for the entire week. I called Waldron & Lee Dentistry and they are open! I was seen immediately. Everyone was so nice, caring and they eased my worries. Dr. Lee gave me a clear explanation of what is going on with my tooth. He treated me like I had been a patient of his for years. Side note: I took a tour of their practice and was blown away...hands down the coolest state of the art dental practice I have ever seen.

Can't say enough good things about this dental practice. I have anxiety about the dentist, and after my initial June appt, I was actually not scared at all about returning for my six month checkup today. They do everything possible to make patients comfortable. Every single staff member, from the front desk to the dentists, is gentle and kind and welcoming. They offer pillows, blankets, televisions and nitrous oxide to eliminate any residual anxiety.
I highly recommend this practice in general, but especially for people like me who feel fear at the thought of dental appointments. You will not fear going to this practice - they ask constantly if you're ok and if you need anything. I'm so glad to be back on a regular cleaning and checkup schedule, instead of procrastinating and worrying about what could be going wrong with my dental health.
Thank you to the entire staff, especially Dr Olmquist and hygienist Kathy. Finding this practice has truly been a life changing experience for the better.
