With a long history of serving patients in Marietta, we are proud to financially support many spiritual centers, civic groups, cancer and health support institutions, and school athletic and extracurricular programs. Due to the flourishing number of requests, we must select a limited number of groups to sponsor each year.

About Product and Financial Donations

While we love to be a part of our patients’ communities, please understand if we are not able to annually contribute to the cause of your choice.  Also, please be aware that we do not receive free samples of dental products and must purchase the items that we provide to patients.  Many patients are surprised to learn that we pay retail cost for the toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss that we provide to our patients.  

About Donations of Dental Care

For many years, our favorite and most rewarding avenue of community support has been to treat patients with hardship situations free of charge. Most often these patients are identified to us through the Rotary Club of Marietta www.mariettarotary.org, the YWCA of Northwest GA Battered Women’s Shelter www.ywca.org, The Center for Family Resources www.thecfr.org, the Cobb Assistance Program www.cobbk12.org, and from referrals from patients, colleagues and our own churches and synagogues.

How to Request a Donation

If you know someone who is in need of help, or if you would like to make a request for a financial or product donation, print and complete the Donation Request Form.  You may send it by mail or fax, or bring it in next time you are in the office. (Please note there are two separate forms: one for contributions of dental treatment and one for financial contributions or product donations.)
